Inner Ear and Poorboy Theatre share a passion for storytelling. During the Edinburgh International Festival 2009, Poorboy Theatre commissioned Inner Ear to produce an audio tour around the National Museum of Scotland designed especially for children. Devised and performed by actors and writers from the company, Inner Ear recorded, edited, produced and delivered the content.
Children were then given an MP3 player with the audio adventure on it and encouraged to follow the directions, immerse themselves in the story, and explore the museum. The experience was very well received by its audience and the museum alike.
