To celebrate the benefits of collaborative working, a concept at the heart of everything Inner Ear does, Creative Clyde asked Dougal Perman to deliver a presentation about how we work with other people and companies to make things happen.
The event took place at BBC Scotland, part of Creative Clyde in Pacific Quay, Glasgow, on the evening of 1 March 2012. Also presenting were BBC Scotland’s commercial and business development manager Alex Gaffney, Scottish Enterprise’s creative industries director Linda McPherson and Arabella Page Croft and Kieran Parker from Black Camel Pictures.
Below you’ll find the presentation Dougal put together to accompany his talk and an essay he wrote that explores three types of collaboration in more detail, with reference to Radio Magnetic, Walking Heads and Yellow Brick House (a creative consortium we have co-founded with the help of Co-operative Development Scotland).
