As part of audience development activities, Inner Ear can create short interactive audiovisual digital trailers and teasers to promote your event. To make these previews, we take short clips of audio and video, supplied by you, crafted by us or captured during a planning meeting or rehearsal, and combine them with graphics and visual branding, photographs, text and embedded hyperlinks to create interactive audiovisual promotional tools.
Hyperlinks throughout the previews can take potential audience members to pages on your site or posts on your blog to learn more about the event. Every preview will include ticket registration or sales links.
Promotional Previews come in three formats: enhanced podcast, embedded website and mobile-friendly versions. We make it easy for you to link to the previews from your email newsletters, add them to your website or blog and reach mobile communities. As part of a social media marketing strategy, we will promote the previews to relevant magazines, blogs, forums and social network groups.
File hosting and bandwidth are included as part of the service. We also take care of copyright considerations, such as rights waivers and applicable royalty licences, such as MCPS-PRS and record label negotiations, if commercially licenced music is desired. Alternatively, we can source copyright-free or Creative Commons tracks or compose a bespoke soundtrack especially for your project.
