Some production companies include relevant images as a separate PDF file and links in a text file. We prefer to integrate everything into one simple, slick enhanced audio production. We use two formats of enhanced audio: enhanced podcasts and slidecasts.
Enhanced Podcasts [top]
Ideal for download, linking to from email newsletters and websites and submitting to podcast directories, enhanced podcasts are audio files divided into chapters with titles, embedded images (such as photographs, presentation slides, graphics and logos) and hyperlinks (back to your website or any relevant place on the internet).
Slidecasts [top]
Perfect for displaying on websites, blogs and social network profiles, slidecasts have similar properties to enhanced podcasts (divided into sections with sound and pictures contained in one file). Instead of being downloadable, they can be embedded in sites, posts and profiles in the same way as a YouTube movie.
