Digital Conference Documentation

Creative Nation logoIn February 2008 the Scottish Arts Council held the Creative Nation Cultural Summit. They asked us to supply two services: 1. recording, editing, archiving and online distribution of all key lectures from the three-day event and 2. design and delivery of two interactive seminars on the use of podcasting in creative business development.

Conference archiving is something we can provide a complete, comprehensive service for. We regularly record, edit and archive material for Urban Learning Space and provide services for several government departments and agencies. The Scottish Arts Council wanted ten sessions recorded, edited and published as an audio-only podcast feed, an enhanced podcast feed with embedded images from the speakers’ presentations, Quicktime movie versions of the enhanced podcasts and textual transcriptions of every recording.

We delivered this for SAC, providing an invaluable public resource documenting the topical content of this auspicious event and making great use of digital media in doing so.
